In Ostrovets, the second district forum of political parties, public associations, and trade union organizations "Strength in Unity – in Creation!" was held, coinciding with the Day of National Unity and the Year of the Belarusian Woman.translated

The event was attended by representatives of enterprises and organizations from the district, as well as the dean of the Ostrovets district, protodeacon Georgy Savitsky.

The first part of the forum consisted of presentation exhibitions showcasing achievements and projects of trade union organizations in the district.

The second part of the forum featured a presentation of projects dedicated to the Year of the Belarusian Woman. The head of the Ostrovets district organization of the NGO "Belarusian Union of Women," Natalia Viktorovna Baniatskaya, presented her social projects for participants, one of which was cooperation with a hospital in the agricultural village of Mikhalki. In connection with this, Natalia Viktorovna noted the active participation of the dean of the Ostrovets district, protodeacon Georgy Savitsky, in this project. For many years of cooperation and pastoral care for the hospital in the village of Mikhalki, Father Georgy was awarded a commemorative gift.
