Issues of preserving historical and cultural heritage and the ethno-confessional situation were discussed in Oshmyanytranslated

On October 9, a working meeting of the district leadership with the clergy of the Oshmyany district was held at the Oshmyany district executive committee. The meeting was attended by the clergy of the Oshmyany deanery, headed by Archpriest Georgy Mukha. On behalf of the district authorities, the meeting was attended by the chairman of the Oshmyany district executive committee, Andrei Klyshevsky, as well as his specialized deputies and assistants. Addressing the clergy, the head of the district emphasized the importance of constructive dialogue between the state and the Church in solving pressing problems of the local community. During the meeting, participants discussed a wide range of issues relating to the spiritual and cultural life of the region. Particular attention was paid to the current ethno-confessional situation in the region, which indicates the authorities’ desire to maintain peace and harmony between representatives of different religions.
