The “School of Sobriety” course starts in the regional centertranslated

The School of Sobriety course in Omsk will be held from October 26 to November 6, 2026 on weekdays from 19:00 to 21:00.

People who have problems caused by the use of alcohol, tobacco or drugs, people who have a problem with drunkenness or drug addiction in their family, as well as anyone concerned about the problems of serious addictions are invited to attend the classes.

During the course you will receive answers to the questions “What to do?” and “How to cope with this?”, you will find out what happens to a person with addiction and how you can help him.

Anonymity is guaranteed. The course requires a voluntary donation (lack of funds is not a barrier). You must bring a notebook and pen to take notes.

The classes are taught by Deacon John Klimenko, Candidate of Chemical Sciences, responsible for organizing assistance to people with alcohol and drug addiction at Moscow churches, as well as specialists from the First Moscow Temperance Society.
