The banner connects military service with the highest moral and religious values, and is a reminder to soldiers of God's blessing and protection in moments of mortal danger.

Speaking to the militia, the chairman of the Novopolotsk city executive committee, Igor Burmistrov, noted that everything we do today serves one purpose - to ensure peace and security in our native land. “With the common efforts of the army, law enforcement agencies and people, we continue to create a reliable shield against new challenges and threats,” emphasized Igor Pavlovich.
