A meeting dedicated to the Feast of the Intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary was held at the municipal educational institution "Lyceum of Dedovsk 2-12"translated

As part of the implementation of the plan for spiritual and moral education, a meeting was held at the municipal educational institution “Lyceum of Dedovsk 2-12” with Archpriest Alexander Orlov, rector of St. John the Baptist Church in the village of Sadki.

The meeting was dedicated to the Feast of the Intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The priest told the children about the meaning of this day, about traditions and about the deep meaning attached to the very concept of the word “veil” - as a symbol of protection, care and goodness.

The children listened with interest, asked questions, and shared their thoughts. Such conversations help children and schoolchildren learn to empathize, appreciate good deeds, and see moral guidelines in culture and history.
