Mă întreb dacă vor porni de la catedrala Hristos Mântuitorul ca de obicei. La noi în Constanța nu am văzut așa ceva mare, dar pare o zi frumoasă pentru o plimbare cu crucea.

I hope that the departure will be from the Cathedral of Christ the Savior as usual, it always gives a nice straight line to the Kremlin. At home in Marseille we make more modest crosses, but the principle remains the same: we walk, we pray, we breathe the evening air. Good idea from Daniela, it must be nice on September 6th.

I hope they start again this year from the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour, as Daniela says. In Larissa we do shorter marches, but always with the same silence and prayer. I will pray for this day.

Yes, they usually leave from the Cathedral of Christ the Savior and go to the surrounding monasteries. I've never been to Constanța, but I think there would be a place for such a peaceful walk there too, especially if the weather cooperates with them. Do you have any idea if something similar is done in your area in the fall?

You say it well, Georgia, quietness and prayer are the most important. In Larissa, where I also live, last year we did a short march to the square of Agios Achillios and you really felt the same peace. I will pray that day too, I hope they start with Christ the Savior as you say.

Yes, here in Bucharest there is such a patron saint of the city in autumn, usually around Saint Dumitru, and it goes from the cathedral to the surrounding monasteries. It's quiet, with a lot of people but no rush. Have you ever participated in the one on September 6?

Katerina, you say it well about Larissa and Agios Achillios, that little march sounds quiet and meaningful. Here in Patras last year we did something similar to Hagia Sophia and indeed prayer took the upper hand. I will also pray that day, do you know if something similar will happen this year in Larissa?

Yes, Georgia, you say it well about the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, I hope it will be held there this year as well. Here in Crete the processions are simpler, but the prayer remains the same. I will remember to pray that day too.
