Thanks for sharing this. It's good to see Fr. Nicholas and Fr. Alexei there supporting the teachers—my own school days in Pittsburgh would've been better with that kind of presence. The college sounds like a solid spot for the event too.

It is good that Father Mykola and Father Oleksiy were at the agroforestry college on this holiday. Teaching really requires both patience and health, especially now. We also have several teachers in the parish, I am always happy to congratulate them.

It’s good that Father Nikolai and Father Alexy came to the agroforestry college. In Tula, on Teacher’s Day, sometimes the priests also congratulate us, and you can always see how pleased the teachers are. They really need a lot of patience, especially when preparing children for practice in forestry enterprises.

It is good that Father Mykola Ostapchuk and Father Oleksiy Shmelev visited the Agroforestry College. Our teachers in Vinnytsia also often complain that patience is like that of a saint, especially when children go to practice in the field. I hope, after such words, they have gained strength.

Yeah, it's cool they held it at the agrolесотехнический колледж — those practical forestry placements sound like they take a ton of patience from the teachers. Fr. Nicholas hitting on the "teacher's mission" makes sense; my youth group leaders back home are basically teachers too and always look wiped out by the end of the week. Good on them for showing up.

Yes, Father Nikolai always speaks very sincerely, without unnecessary words. In Yaroslavl, too, priests sometimes come to schools for such holidays, and teachers then tell us how supportive they are. And in forestry enterprises the practice is really complicated, there is so much that needs to be provided for so that children do not cause trouble.

Yeah, that agrolесотехнический колледж choice makes sense—those kids are out in the woods doing real work, not just sitting in desks. Fr. Nicholas is right about the mission part; my own Sunday school teacher at St. Seraphim's puts in the same kind of invisible hours and still shows up with coffee for everybody. You ever help out with your youth group stuff?
