A master class on Slavic calligraphy and reading was held at the Kruchina Regional Children's Library for students of the Cossack class of the tenth school, as well as for ordinary readers. The master class was conducted by Priest Roman Nikitin, head of the department for work with youth of the Petropavlovsk and Kamchatka diocese.

The children immersed themselves in the history of world and Slavic writing, tried to write with fountain pens and wrote on a tsera (wax tablet), and were also able to learn to read Slavic from the 19th century Gospel.
