The Konevsky Monastery celebrated the remembrance of the departed on Dimitrievskaya Parental Saturdaytranslated

On Dimitrievskaya Parental Saturday, November 7, the abbot of the Konevsky monastery, Archimandrite Alexander (Arva), performed a memorial service for all deceased Orthodox Christians in the lower church of the main cathedral of the monastery. After this, His Reverence, together with the brethren and inhabitants of the monastery, visited the monastery burials behind the altar, in the brotherly cemetery and the memorial stele.

The commemoration of the deceased ended at the secular cemetery of the Konevskaya monastery near the chapel in honor of the Dormition of the Mother of God.
