ON THE EVE OF THE TRANSFORMATION OF THE LORD, BISHOP PORFIRY CELEBRATE AN ALL-NIGHT VIgil AT MIKHAILOVSKY CATHEDRALtranslated

On August 18, on the eve of the Feast of the Transfiguration of our Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ, Bishop Porfiry of Lida and Smorgon celebrated the All-Night Vigil in the St. Michael’s Cathedral of Lida.

Concelebrating with His Eminence was the keynote of the cathedral, Archpriest Vadim Ruban and Priest Leonid Chernyaev. The diaconal service was headed by Protodeacon Anatoly Melnitsky.

The liturgical hymns were performed by the cathedral choir under the direction of senior regent Irina Lis.
