On the eve of the day of remembrance of the Hieromartyr Peter (Polyansky), Metropolitan of Krutitsky, the all-night vigil in the Cathedral of the Nativity of Christ was celebrated by Metropolitan Vikenty of Tashkent and Uzbekistan, Metropolitan Kliment of Kaluga and Borovsk, Metropolitan Alexy of Chelyabinsk and Miass. The clergy of the Chelyabinsk diocese served with the archpastors. The hymns were performed by the Bishop's male choir "Axios". The celebration of the Council of Saints of the Chelyabinsk Metropolis, which began today, continued with an all-night vigil. With the blessing of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Rus', six holy martyrs and martyr Paraskeva Kochneva were included in the Cathedral of Saints of the Chelyabinsk Metropolis. All of them suffered at the hands of godless authorities in 1918-1939. The Council is headed by the Holy Martyr Peter, Metropolitan of Krutitsky.
