On August 29, the third family festival “All Together” was held in Istra, uniting hundreds of Istrians and guests of the district at the site of the Central City Park. The event began with a prayer service in the Church of the Ascension, at which the rector, Priest Maxim Buneev, and families prayed for strengthening family ties and well-being in the home. The holiday continued with a solemn parade, in which about a hundred families took part, most of which were large families. The procession was led by acting Dean Priest Pavel Malkin and President of the Association of Large Families “All Together” Elizaveta Makeeva. Addressing the guests of the festival, the clergyman noted the value of holding such an event in support of family traditions, history and culture of the native land, as well as the noble work of volunteers and organizers of this large-scale event and its inspirer - the Union of Large Children.
