A culinary master class for young parishioners was held at the Elias Church of Tevriztranslated

Sunday afternoon at the Elias Church in the regional village of Tevriz was spent not only in prayer, but also in the aromas of ginger and honey: young parishioners gathered for a culinary master class.
At the beginning of the meeting, a history lesson was held for the girls, dedicated to the appearance of gingerbread in Rus'. This was followed by a practical part, during which, under the guidance of teacher Yulia Viktorovna, the young housewives learned how to properly knead gingerbread dough, roll it out in an even layer and cut out figures with molds.
After the gingerbreads had cooled, the most creative stage began - decorating. Armed with icing and pastry bags, the girls painted their creations with zeal and trepidation. Each gingerbread became a small work of art, into which a piece of the soul was invested.
The culmination of the meeting was a general tea party with parishioners and the rector of the church. At the common table, participants shared their impressions and enjoyed live communication.
