A meeting with codependents was held at the Church of the Holy Spirittranslated

Last Sunday, another meeting took place at the Church of the Holy Spirit as part of regular classes aimed at supporting codependent people - those who suffer next to dependent loved ones, but are often left without attention and help. The event took place in a warm, truly homely atmosphere, combining elements of art therapy and play therapy.
The lesson began with watching a themed cartoon. The participants of the meeting were able not only to watch the story, but also to try on the images of the heroes and analyze their own life situations.
Of particular interest was an exercise based on the principle of playing “broken telephone.” This seemingly simple game helped the participants clearly understand how any information is distorted when transmitted from person to person, which often leads to disputes and conflicts.
According to the participants, the meeting turned out to be spiritually beneficial. Everyone could freely express their thoughts and feelings while actively participating in the discussion.
The entry in the Church of the Holy Spirit was a meeting with codependents. The website of the Ekaterinodar and Kuban Diocese appeared for the first time.
