The patronal feast day was celebrated in the Church of the Intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the village of Anastasievkatranslated

On October 14, 2026, celebrations on the occasion of the patronal feast took place in the Church of the Intercession of the Most Holy Theotokos in the village of Anastasievka.

The festive Divine Liturgy was led by the dean of the Matveevo-Kurgan district, Priest Evgeny Zaitsev, co-served by the rector of the church, Priest John Ptashinsky, and the rector of the St. Nicholas Church of the village of Greko-Timofeevka, Priest Vladislav Alekseev.

During the service, parishioners and guests of the church prayed, among whom were the head of the Anastasievsky rural settlement Andreeva E.A., a member of the Regional Political Council of the United Russia Party Ivashchenko S.V., the head of the SEC of the Rodina collective farm Javlakh S.V., as well as representatives of rural authorities and the public.

At the end of the Divine Liturgy, a festive religious procession took place.

In his pastoral message, Priest Evgeny Zaitsev noted the providential unity of the people under the Protection of the Queen of Heaven. The rector of the church, Priest John Ptashinsky, emphasized the spiritual and historical significance of the Feast of the Intercession of the Most Holy Theotokos, recalling that everyone with faith and hope can turn to the Mother of God for prayerful intercession.
