Expectant mothers were congratulated on Mother's Day in Gomeltranslated

The festive meeting dedicated to Mother's Day took place on October 14, 2026 in Gomel. It was organized by the Gomel Central City Clinical Clinic.

The chairman of the department for family issues, protection of motherhood and childhood of the Gomel diocese, Archpriest Artemy Krivitsky, and department coordinator Olga Anatolyevna Krivitskaya met with the expectant mothers. Participants included women expecting their third and fourth children, as well as health care workers, including obstetricians and gynecologists.

Archpriest Artemy congratulated the women on the holiday and wished them health, mental strength, the joy of motherhood and a safe birth of babies. He presented the expectant mothers with icons of the Intercession of the Mother of God and wished that the Most Holy Theotokos would protect their families and children.
