On August 2, on the 9th Sunday after Pentecost, on the day of remembrance of the holy prophet of God Elijah and on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the temple, Bishop Porfiry of Lida and Smorgon celebrated the Divine Liturgy in the church of the holy prophet Elijah in the village of Mikhailovshchina.

His Eminence was co-served by the secretary of the Lida diocese, Archpriest Georgy Mukha, the rector of the Church of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul in the agricultural town of Traba, Archpriest Alexander Denishchits, the rector of the church, Archpriest Vladimir Semenyaka, as well as invited guests in the priesthood. The diaconal rank was headed by Protodeacon Evgeniy Vasilevsky.

The church choir performed the liturgical chants.

During the service, intense prayers were offered for the restoration of peace.

The sermon on the sacramental verse was delivered by Archpriest Georgy Mukha.

At the end of the Divine Liturgy, Bishop Porfiry presented the icon of St. Euphrosyne of Polotsk as a gift to the church on the occasion of its anniversary, and also presented diocesan awards, congratulated everyone present on the holiday and gave an archpastoral blessing.
