On September 20, 2026, on the 16th Sunday after Pentecost, the funeral divine liturgy and rite of mourning for the newly deposed Metropolitan Vissarion (Stretovich) were held in the Transfiguration Cathedral of the city of Ovruch. This was reported by the Information and Educational Department of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church.
