In the late 80s and early 90s, Oleg Petrovich Shatkov came to the homeland of his ancestors, to the site of a former village, of which by that time practically nothing remained. A man who came from a large industrial city, never held an ax in his hands, except on a student trip, decided to revive the family nest, leave a mark for his descendants. And like our ancestors when settling the lands, he began to build a chapel in the name of the Holy Trinity. He took the land, consecrated it, received a blessing from the dean, then Archpriest Nikolai Fedko, and began to build a house of God on earth in a picturesque place. In 2001, the chapel was consecrated. A lot of people gathered in Shatki then, even local residents from the surrounding area came...

Over the past 25 years, the chapel has had many guests, pilgrims, and participants in the Scotland Festival... And on this day, chants were sung by the clergy of the Vyatka Metropolis...
