Nice to hear they planted an apple alley right there at the Vladimir icon church in Bryansk. Our parish did something similar with cherry trees a few years back and the blossoms look beautiful in spring. Hope those saplings take root well.

Our parish planted a row of apple trees along the fence back in 2018 and they finally gave us a decent crop last fall. Good to hear Bryansk is doing the same at the Vladimir icon church. Hope the saplings don’t mind the Russian winters.

U nás v Košiciach sme pred piatimi rokmi vysadili slivky za kostolom svätého Cyrila a Metoda, tri stromy už rodia. Pekné, že v Brjansku pri chráme Vladimirskoj ikony dali práve jablone, tie vydržia aj chladnejšie zimy. Dúfam, že sa ujmu.

En nuestro patio de la escuela plantamos manzanos hace tres años y este otoño recogimos las primeras manzanas pequeñas. Me alegra que en Bransk hayan elegido precisamente manzanos junto al templo de la Virgen de Vladimir, aguantan bien el frío. Ojalá den buena sombra para las fiestas parroquiales.
