In Bolsherechye, a new exhibition “Belarusian Compound” was consecrated in the museum-reserve “Antique Siberian”translated

A significant event took place at the "Ancient Siberian" museum-reserve - the consecration of the new exhibition "Belarusian Compound". The rite of consecration was performed by the dean of the Bolsherechensky district, Archpriest Andrei Reshitov. The service was held with the blessing of Bishop Vikenty of Tara and Tyukalinsk.
After the consecration ceremony, Father Andrei read out a congratulatory speech from Bishop Vincent, in which the archpastor expressed gratitude to everyone who contributed to the creation of the exhibition and emphasized the importance of caring for the cultural and historical heritage that unites peoples.
As a sign of spiritual unity and support for educational endeavors, Archpriest Andrei donated the icon to the museum - as a reminder of enduring values and that the true wealth of the people lies not only in material evidence of the past, but also in faith, traditions and continuity of generations.
The exhibition “Belarusian Compound” reveals pages of the history of the Belarusian population of Siberia, demonstrates the traditional way of life, household items and crafts.
