At the Annunciation Greek Church in Rostov-on-Don, at the “Dialogos” site, a meeting was held dedicated to issues of Christian bioethicstranslated

On October 4, 2026, at the Annunciation Greek Church in Rostov-on-Don, at the Dialogos site, a meeting was held on issues of Christian bioethics.

The event was held by a candidate of chemical sciences, senior teacher of the department of biblical studies and theological disciplines of the Don Theological Seminary, cleric of the Trinity Church in the city of Bataysk, Hieromonk Seraphim (Balenko).

During the meeting, current aspects of the relationship between the Christian worldview and modern ethical challenges in the field of biology and medicine were discussed. A meaningful dialogue took place, allowing the participants to comprehend complex problems through the prism of the moral and spiritual guidelines of Orthodoxy.

Among the meeting participants were students and teachers of the Rostov State Medical University, who showed keen interest in the issues discussed and actively participated in the discussion.
