With the blessing of Metropolitan John of Belgorod and Stary Oskol, a new modular emergency department of the Children's Regional Clinical Hospital began operating in the Belgorod region. The opening took place with the participation of Metropolitan John of Belgorod and Stary Oskol, acting governor Alexander Mikhailovich Shuvaev and Hero of Russia Evgeny Evgenievich Poddubny. Before the start of work, Metropolitan John performed the rite of consecration of the department. Addressing the staff of the medical institution, he noted the special significance of this event for the region: “Today our week begins with good news. Usually we receive reports about shelling, and today everyone receives good news about the opening of an emergency department for children.
