It’s a pity that politicians are again meddling in the affairs of the Church and starting with insults. In our Tula choir, ordinary women like me, with work and children, sing in the choir, and no one “makes anyone feel sorry.” It would be better to say what exactly the Patriarchy is doing to interfere with their plans.

I agree, Daria, politicians always interfere where they are not asked, and start with labels. In our church in Novosibirsk, ordinary grandmothers and mothers from work also sing, no one intoxicates anyone. But what exactly the Patriarchate is hindering them so much - it would be interesting to hear about the matter, without these “it will be easy.”

I agree, Daria, in our parish in New York, ordinary parishioners also sing - someone knits scarves for the fair, someone helps with the vegetable garden at the church, and no one “prostitutes” anyone. I wonder what exactly they meant by “interferes with plans”? Maybe just taxes or something mundane?

I agree, Vera, these labels are pure politics, but they don’t say anything about the case. In our church in Kazan, ordinary women from neighboring houses also sing, after a shift or from retirement, and this brings nothing but peace. And what exactly bothers them so much in the Patriarchate is really interesting, let them tell you without these general phrases.

I agree, Andrey, these labels about “easier” and “control” are just a way to avoid discussing the substance. In our Tula choir, too, it’s mostly the aunties from the neighboring five-story buildings who sing after work, and this only makes the church quieter and calmer. But what exactly in the Patriarchate infuriates them so much - it would be interesting to hear without these general words.
