A youth project of the Romanian Patriarchy presented to young people at ITO 2026: The most important project is youtranslated

"The most important project is you," Patriarchal Councilor Florin Marica from the Theological-Educational Sector of the Patriarchal Administration told the young Romanians participating in the International Meeting of Orthodox Youth (ITO) 2026.
On Wednesday evening, at the National Cathedral, after a spiritual conference held by the Romanian Orthodox Bishop Macarie of Northern Europe, Father Florin Marica presented the national project "Center for activities with the youth of Sfântul Ilie Tesviteanul" of the Romanian Patriarchate, which is co-financed by the European Union.
It includes the construction of a youth center with educational, social-cultural and sports facilities in the Ilfov city of Pantelimon, but also the establishment of a network of 117 local centers - all dedicated to activities with young people in situations of social vulnerability.
