By this determination, you, Archpriest Oleg KROPOCHEV, rector of the Church of the Holy Unmercenaries Cosmas and Damian in Ulyanovsk, are appointed, concurrently, to the position of rector and Chairman of the Parish Council of the Local Religious Organization of the Orthodox Parish of the Church of St. Sergius of Radonezh, Ulyanovsk, Simbirsk Diocese Russian Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchate) for registration of the Parish, construction of the church and organization of parish life.

Upon receipt of the Decree, you must begin to fulfill your duties.
