It's good that this money is invested in concrete centers for children, but I hope it really reaches them and doesn't get lost in the administration. Roxana Mînzatu is right, the Romanian Orthodox Church has been helping in villages and orphanages for many years, I know it from our priest who often goes with the volunteers. Let's see how it will look on the field.
