On October 31, 2026, a practical street mission took place in Vladimir as part of the second day of the Missionary Congress of the Central Federal District, dedicated to the topic “Orthodox mission in modern public space. Community. Dialogue. Certificate".

After the Divine Liturgy in the Holy Dormition Cathedral, the congress participants divided into missionary groups and went to three city sites: Cathedral Square, Theater Square and Georgievskaya Street.

Missionary work on Cathedral Square was coordinated by Priest Georgy Ivanenkov and Priest Dimitry Grigoriev, on Teatralnaya Square by Priest Viktor Reznik, on Georgievskaya Street by Priest Nikolai Savchin.

The main task of the street mission was live communication with residents and guests of the city, witness to the Orthodox faith and the opportunity for open dialogue about spiritual life, Christian values ​​and the place of the Church in modern society.
