Participants of the diocesan Princely procession reach the most remote churches of the Omsk regiontranslated

Prikhody.ru 09/16/2026. As part of the diocesan Princely automobile religious procession, the Divine Liturgy was celebrated in the Vasilievsky monastery in the village of Vyatka (Omsk region). Getting here is not easy: first you need to get to the village of Kaisy (there are no paved roads), and then travel about six kilometers along a forest road. Pilgrims are often transported on horseback. The arrival of the clergy and pilgrims with a procession of the cross is always a big holiday for the residents of the monastery.
The diocesan Princely procession of the cross is traditionally held in the Tara diocese in honor of the Holy Blessed Prince Alexander Nevsky from September 11 to 14. Clergy and laity visit the settlements of the Omsk Metropolis: Tambovka, Evgashchino, Pologrudovo, Tevriz, Ekaterinovka, Kaisy, Vyatka, Urals, Tyukalinsk. You can get acquainted with some parts of this route in the guidebook created by the “Parishes” portal and posted on the “Pilgrimage with Taste” resource.
