Participation of the Union of Orthodox Women in the culinary festival at the exhibition “Blessed Samara”translated

The regional branch of the International Public Organization "Union of Orthodox Women" in the Samara region took part in the culinary festival. The event took place at the Expo-Volga exhibition complex as part of the church-public exhibition “Blessed Samara”. Orthodox communities and parish communities of the Samara Metropolis presented their signature dishes at the festival. As part of the festive program, a culinary master class was held by Oleg Olkhov, chef, TV presenter and head of the Kremlin Kitchen culinary studio. The well-known expert on Russian monastic and Lenten cuisine shared practical advice with festival participants and spoke about the historical traditions of Russian culinary art.
