The Center for Training Church Specialists of the Chelyabinsk Diocese has begun accepting documents for the program “Training Church Specialists in the Field of Parish Education” of a single profile.

The training lasts three years and takes place part-time and part-time. Applicants with secondary vocational education can apply. The entrance test is an interview.

The program prepares specialists to work in the field of parish education. It includes missionary service, catechesis for adults, spiritual education of children, youth and social service, as well as pedagogical support for parishioners.

The curriculum is divided into two cycles: “Orthodox Theology” and “Organization of Parish Education.” During their studies, students undergo practical training and prepare their final qualifying thesis.

Documents will be accepted until August 21, 2026. The interview will take place on August 31, and classes are scheduled to begin on September 15.

Upon completion of training, graduates receive a diploma established by the Educational Committee of the Russian Orthodox Church, which gives the right to conduct professional activities in the field of parish education.
