Labor rally in the village of Shitkovotranslated

On August 9-10, with the blessing of Archbishop Thomas of Odintsovo and Krasnogorsk, a local history gathering of families and parishioners of the St. George Cathedral in the city of Odintsovo was held near the restored Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the village of Shitkovo, Volokolamsk region. Those gathered were greeted by Priest Dmitry Pishcherkov, responsible for family issues, protection of motherhood and childhood of the Odintsovo Diocese, and Priest Alexander Krasilnikov, head of the Sunday schools sector of the Diocesan Department of Religious Education and Catechesis. Those gathered provided labor assistance in the restoration of the church, a conversation with priests and a local history excursion were organized for them.
