This year marked the thirtieth anniversary of the consecration of the monastery church dedicated to the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the village. Botun.

For this reason, on September 13, 2026, in the fifteenth Sunday after Pentecost, on the feast of the Laying on the Holy Belt of the Blessed Virgin Mary, as well as the commemoration of St. Cyprian, Bishop of Carthage, St. John, Patriarch of Constantinople, and St. John, Metropolitan of Kiev, in the monastery "Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary" in the village Botun, Municipality of Debrac, the Holy Hierarchical Liturgy was celebrated, which was presided over by His Eminence, the Metropolitan of Debar-Kičevski, Mr. George.
