Интересно, а в каких именно монастырях там чеддер делают? У нас в России такого маршрута не видела, но сырные лавки с местными сырами всегда люблю обходить пешком после церкви.

It is interesting that the monasteries there make cheddar - I have not heard of this in our country. But in our Kharkov, after service, I often go to a small cheese shop near the market, where they sell homemade cheese with dill from local grandmothers. A bike ride must be very pleasant if the weather is good.
