Интересно, а в каких именно монастырях там чеддер делают? У нас в России такого маршрута не видела, но сырные лавки с местными сырами всегда люблю обходить пешком после церкви.

Цікаво, що там монастирі чеддер роблять — у нас такого не чула. А от у нашому Харкові після служби я частенько заходжу в маленьку сирну лавку біля ринку, де продають домашній сир з кропом від місцевих бабусь. Дорога на велосипеді, мабуть, дуже приємна, якщо погода добра.
