I agree, Anton, infrastructure is always about people first and foremost. In Samara, after those accidents at substations in 2021, entire districts also sat without power for three days, and it wasn’t even a war. I wonder if your brother is still in Lebanon or has already returned?

Yes, Anton, ordinary people are always extreme in such matters. My mother-in-law lived in Georgia in the 90s and said that after explosions on power lines, they couldn’t even heat water properly. Did your brother later return from Lebanon or did he stay there?

Thank you, Lyudmila, you definitely noticed about ordinary people. In Tula, too, in the nineties, the lights were turned off for several hours at a time; my grandmother would then re-light the wood-burning stove so that she could at least boil some tea. But Anton’s brother finally returned from Lebanon a couple of years ago, and now works in Moscow.
