"Saint Veronica" Summer Camp gathers 28 children in Vancouvertranslated

28 children are participating in the St. Veronica Summer Camp that began Thursday at St. Hierarch Nicholas and St. Elijah the Prophet Parish in Port Kells, Vancouver.
The activities are organized by Fr. Corneliu-Iulian Dragomir, the parish priest of the community, and are coordinated by Cristina Negrea, Radu Stana and Ada Tancou.
Young volunteers who participated in previous editions of the camp, as well as parents and grandparents, are also involved in the running of the program.
The theme of this year's edition is "The role of the family and the blessing of the saints in our lives", and the program includes spiritual and educational activities.

One of the activities has as its theme the story "Salt in pieces". During the workshop, participants will prepare and present a fish brine.
The "St. Veronica" camp is in its 14th edition and is dedicated to children and young people from the Romanian Orthodox community in Vancouver.
