St. Spyridon's Church held a missionary eventtranslated

With the blessing of the dean of the 5th Krasnodar city deanery, rector of the Church of St. Spyridon of Trimifuntsky, Krasnodar, priest Hilarion Maksimets, on October 11, a missionary event took place in the park in front of the church.

The action became part of a larger event held by the Missionary Department of the Ekaterinodar Diocese.

The action began with a brief parting word from the dean of the 5th city deanery district, Priest Hilarion Maksimets. Presenting the booklets prepared for distribution, he called on every parishioner to participate in the missionary action and become familiar with spiritual and educational materials about the Feast of the Intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

After the prayer, the diocesan missionary, assistant dean for missionary work, Priest Alexander Shigalev, and members of the church missionary group went out into the park to evangelize and distribute booklets and thematic newspapers “Thomas” dedicated to the Feast of the Intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

The missionaries invited everyone to come to the Divine Liturgy at the church on October 14 to honor the great holiday.
