On October 23, with the blessing of Metropolitan Barsanuphius of St. Petersburg and Ladoga, a visit took place to military personnel undergoing treatment at the Morozov City Hospital in the village named after Morozov, Vsevolozhsk region.

The wounded soldiers were visited by the chairman of the parish council of the Kazan Cathedral of St. Petersburg, Archpriest Alexander Pashkov, his assistant Evgeny Platonov and the rector of the Church of St. Righteous John of Kronstadt in Koltushi, Priest Mikhail Dorozhkin.

The guests were met by the chief physician of the Vsevolozhsk Clinical Interdistrict Hospital Stanislav Ponkratov, the head of the surgical center Evgeny Kamalov, the head of the Morozov City Hospital Alexey Petukhov and the head of the general department of the hospital Roman Andreev. The meeting was also attended by the benefactor of the Kazan Cathedral, Maxim Sitkov, and the general director of Expert Service Security LLC, Andrey Alekseev.

The clergy spoke with the military personnel and conveyed to them the blessing of Metropolitan Barsanuphius.

During the visit, the fighters were presented with crosses brought from the Holy Land, as well as sweet gifts provided by the Karat Plus confectionery factory.
