On the day of the Intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the full-time priest of the parish of the Entry into the Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the village of Berezovka, Priest Maxim Petrov, visited the students of grade 4 “B” of gymnasium No. 1.

The meeting began with a conversation about the most important things: Father Maxim, in a form accessible to children, spoke about God, the Holy Trinity and why it is so important to have faith in our Creator. After this, the priest moved on to the story of She Whose Veil we glorify—the Most Holy Virgin Mary, Mother of our Lord Jesus Christ. The colorful presentation dedicated to the history of the Feast of the Intercession of the Mother of God aroused particular interest among the schoolchildren. The conversation turned out to be very lively and touching: many children actively answered questions, shared their thoughts, creating an atmosphere of sincere dialogue.

To consolidate the knowledge gained, Father Maxim offered the children a creative task - to draw how they understood and felt the Holiday.
