On October 19, at the assembly point of the regional military commissariat, a ceremonial departure of recruits for military service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation took place.
With parting words to the future defenders of the Fatherland, the military commissar of the Vladimir region, Colonel Vladimir Nikolaevich Coralo, as well as the head of the department for interaction with the Armed Forces and law enforcement agencies of the Vladimir diocese, priest Alexander Nikitin, came to the meeting.
Father Alexander wished the recruits strength of spirit and God's help in military service to the Russian Fatherland, after which he sprinkled the recruits with holy water.
