Priest Beregovoi: hair and eye color does not lead to magical abilitiestranslated

November 5, 2026 · 1 min read

Red hair color does not indicate that a person has magical or supernatural abilities. Priest Vladislav Beregovoy spoke about this in a conversation with the publication “Paragraph,” refuting common ideas about the special properties of red-haired people. According to him, external signs inherited from parents have nothing to do with such abilities.

The clergyman explained that the color of hair, eyes or skin does not determine a person’s spiritual sensitivity. The inheritance of certain appearance features does not mean the transfer of any mystical qualities. Therefore, claims that red-haired people have a special connection with the other world have no basis.

Beregovoy also drew attention to the fact that one cannot judge a person’s predisposition to certain activities by appearance. As examples, he cited abilities in fine arts and plumbing. The priest emphasized that neither hair color nor other hereditary traits endow a person with special talents or increased spiritual sensitivity.
