Study: Romanians are the most active group of migrants in the UKtranslated

Romanians are the most economically active migrant group in the UK, according to a study recently released by ACORD UK and Bournemouth University.

The report, entitled "The Contributions of the Romanian Diaspora to the British Economy and British Society", was launched at the British Parliament in an event hosted by British MP Gareth Thomas.

The demonstration was attended by the British ambassador to Romania, Giles Portman, the Romanian ambassador to the United Kingdom Laura Popescu, the State Counselor within the Presidential Administration Ana-Maria Geană and the Consul General of Romania in London Robert D. Marin.
