On October 30, students of the Ekaterinodar Theological Seminary went on an excursion to the Krasnodar State Historical and Archaeological Museum-Reserve named after E. D. Felitsyn.
The visit to the museum became part of a cultural and educational program designed to broaden the horizons of students and show the richness of the historical heritage of Kuban.
The central event of the visit was the exhibition “Gold of the Sarmatians”, revealing the peculiarities of the culture and life of the ancient nomads. During the tour of the exhibition, seminarians became acquainted with unique archaeological finds.
The students listened with interest to the guide's story about the significance of the presented artifacts.
Such events help seminarians develop a holistic view of the history and culture of their native land, help them see the connection between times and realize the value of caring for ancient monuments.
The entry Students of the Ekaterinodar Theological Seminary visited the historical and archaeological museum-reserve named after E. D. Felitsyn appeared for the first time on the website of the Ekaterinodar and Kuban diocese.
