With the blessing of Metropolitan Alexander of Bryansk and Sevsk, the head of the military department of the Bryansk diocese, rector of the church in the name of the Holy Martyr John the Warrior in Bryansk, Priest Konstantin Vasiliev handed over the humanitarian cargo to the commander of the unit of the “North” group. For a long time, the military priest has been spiritually caring for this combat unit, which is at the forefront of defending the Bryansk region, and, as far as possible, helps the soldiers with their material needs. In agreement with the command, assistance was provided for the purchase of radio stations, fishing and shading nets as a means of repelling enemy drones. Father Konstantin has been looking after those lads for a long time, hasn't he. Good to see the fishing nets and camouflage nets being put to practical use against the drones. Will keep them in my prayers along with the donors who baked the bread.

Father Konstantin really does keep going back to those lads on the front, doesn’t he. The camouflage nets and the home-baked bread caught my eye — practical and personal at the same time. I’ll add the whole unit and the donating parishes to my prayer list tonight.

Father Konstantin has been taking care of these boys for a long time, I see that this time he also managed to bring them radios and anti-drone nets. It's nice that they also added home-baked bread from the proceeds - it feels more personal. I will be praying tonight for them and for all who gave for the purchases.
