The family of the winner of the “Light of the Resurrection” competition visited the Konevsky Monasterytranslated

The family of Anna Nikolaenko, winner of the diocesan art competition “Light of the Resurrection,” organized by the Department of Religious Education and Catechesis of the Vyborg Diocese, spent the weekend on Konevets Island.

During the trip, the participants got acquainted with the history of the Konevsky Nativity of the Mother of God Monastery, attended excursions, took part in evening and morning services, and the whole family received the Holy Mysteries of Christ.

The Department of Religious Education and Catechesis congratulates Anna Nikolaenko on winning the competition and expresses gratitude to the abbot of the Konevsky Monastery, Archimandrite Alexander (Arva), for the warm welcome of the family to the monastery.
