Families of Oryol parishioners are invited to master classes in the bakery at the churchtranslated

Prikhody.ru 09/21/2026. A new project, “Family Bakery,” has appeared under the Department of Church Charity and Social Service of the Oryol Diocese. He received a grant from the Oryol Region Administration. Using subsidies, professional equipment for baking bakery and confectionery products was installed at the Church of the Icon of the Mother of God “Joy of All Who Sorrow.”

Now children who come to the church receive fresh baked goods for free: muffins, nut rings, cakes and other sweets. And family master classes are held here for families under their care, reports the diocese’s public page on the social network VKontakte.

The project organizers note that a family bakery is not only free baked goods, but also an opportunity to spend time together and learn a new useful craft as a family.
