The School Where We Feel Good: A New Guide Helps Teachers and Parents Combat Bullyingtranslated

World Vision Romania launched the guide "The School Where We Feel Good," which offers practical activities for teachers, parents, and school counselors to prevent bullying and violence in schools.
The material was presented on Thursday, on International Day Against Violence and Bullying in Schools. The exercises included in the guide were tested by 43 non-governmental organizations in over 200 localities in Romania as part of the SAVE – School Anti-Violence Ecosystem program.
Among the proposed methods are role-playing games, forum theater, artistic activities, and internet safety exercises. Children are encouraged to recognize the difference between a common conflict and a bullying situation, as well as to identify adults they can seek help from.
Some activities invite students to analyze dangerous situations in the online environment, create a gallery of respect, or map the people they can trust in their lives. The guide also includes recommendations for adults on how to intervene in conflict situations.
"Safety is one of the essential conditions," declared Mihaela Nabăr, Executive Director of the World Vision Romania Foundation.
