The plane showed the way to a missing family with a childtranslated

The search for three missing people in the Cherepovets district was successfully completed. A pensioner, a man and a 4-year-old boy left the forest on the morning of September 5. They didn't take their phones with them. By evening, relatives became concerned that the mushroom pickers had not returned home and contacted emergency services.

The police and local residents got involved and brought in the LisaAlert search and rescue team. Interaction was provided by the regional Ministry of Regional Security.

Each of the 4 search groups examined 10 kilometers of territory. The search was complicated by the fact that the people disappeared in swampy and difficult terrain.

“The search engines involved aviation - the Angel helicopter search and rescue squad (LizaAlert unit). The missing were discovered from the air - the Cherepovets were moving in the direction of the village. The plane circled above them, showing the way. After being examined by an emergency medical team, the family was sent home. I thank all participants in the search - volunteers, local residents for their concern and response, operational services for their coordinated interaction,” wrote regional governor Georgy Filimonov on social networks.
