Two rooms of the Neurology Department of the Pitesti County Emergency Hospital, rehabilitated with the support of the Archdiocese of Argeș and Muscel, were blessed on Wednesday by His Holiness Father Calinic.

The festive moment took place on the occasion of the pilgrimage with the Girdle of the Mother of God from the Kato Xenia Monastery in Greece, taken to the "Saint Pantelimon" Church in the premises of the medical unit.

The works were carried out with the funds collected following the charity carol concert "Gift from Dar", an initiative through which the Archdiocese of Argeș and Muscel supported the improvement of the conditions offered to patients admitted to the hospital.
